On top of all this, when working through an umbrella company, the vast majority of agencies will offer an increased rate of pay, usually called Limited Company Pay Rate.

This increase is to reflect the further Employers National Insurance liability that will be deducted and paid to HMRC automatically whilst using our services. Advise your agency that you want to switch and enhance you net pay.
